#General Terms and Conditions – Contra Technologies LLC Last updated: 16 January 2026 This document governs the terms and conditions for the use of the artificial intelligence–based contract interpretation and risk analysis service provided by Contra Technologies LLC, as well as the related legal relationships. By using the service, you accept these General Terms and Conditions. Please read the following provisions carefully before using the service. Service Provider: Contra Technologies Limited Liability Company Registered office: 2132 Göd, Hunyadi utca 13, Hungary Company registration number: 13-09-238567 EU VAT number: HU32743117 Contact: admin@contraai.hu Hereinafter referred to as: “Contra”, “Service Provider”, “we”. This document is applicable within the territory of the European Economic Area (EEA). Users outside the EEA are required to contact us at admin@contraai.hu prior to using the service. ##Nature of the Service – Important Notice The M Series AI-based contract interpretation system provided by Contra Technologies LLC (hereinafter: “M Series”, “software”) is a solution under development. Its use requires increased caution and falls entirely within the user’s area of responsibility. The Service Provider assumes no liability for any errors, misinterpretations, or for any legal, financial, or other damages arising from the use of the service. ##Access to the Service The service may only be used following prior approval. Access requests must be submitted via the “Request Access” function available on the website. The Service Provider reserves the right to reject access requests or revoke access to the service at any time, without providing justification. The service is currently available exclusively to corporate users and is not provided to private individuals. ##Not a Legal Service The service does not provide legal advice or legal consultancy and does not replace legal professionals. Its purpose is to assist users in understanding contracts and legal documents, simplify legal language, and provide partial informational support for business decision-making. The service does not provide legal representation, does not assess the validity of contracts, and does not issue official legal opinions. The software processes data in accordance with the GDPR and applicable data protection laws. ##Data Security and Storage Contra Technologies Kft. is committed to protecting user data. All personal and contractual data are stored in encrypted form on secure servers operated by Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL in data centers located in Frankfurt, Germany. Data are disclosed to third parties only where required by law. AI-based analytical processes are fully automated and carried out without human intervention. ##Limitation of Liability The Service Provider shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the service. The Service Provider does not guarantee that AI-based analyses will be accurate or complete in all cases and reserves the right to modify or suspend any part of the service at any time. Prior to making any business or legal decisions based on the results of the service, users are advised in all cases to consult a legal advisor. ##Amendments and Scope These General Terms and Conditions apply within the EEA. Different terms apply to users outside the EEA and may be requested via admin@contraai.hu. Contra Technologies Kft. reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Amendments will be published on the website, and registered users will be notified in the event of significant changes. ##Summary The service is provided under an early access framework; its use requires increased caution and falls within the user’s responsibility. Access is subject to approval. The service does not constitute legal advice. Data are stored on AWS servers located in Frankfurt and are not disclosed to third parties. These terms apply exclusively within the European Economic Area.
