# Terms and Conditions of Contra Technologies This document governs the use of our AI-based contract analysis and risk assessment service operated by Contra Technologies Ltd. and any related legal relationship with us in a legally binding way. You must read this document carefully. It is not a final or stable release and must be used with caution and entirely at your own risk. The Service Provider accepts no responsibility for any errors, misinterpretations, or damages, whether legal, financial, or otherwise, arising from the use of the service. ## Access to the Service The service is not publicly available and may only be accessed upon request and approval by Contra Technologies Ltd. Access requests must be submitted through the “Request Access” function on our website. The Service Provider reserves the right to reject or revoke access at any time and without explanation. The service is currently available only to corporate users and not to private individuals. ## Not a Legal Service The service does not constitute legal advice and does not replace attorney or legal counsel. Its sole purpose is to assist users in understanding contracts and legal documents, to simplify legal language, and to provide partial informational support for business decision-making. The service does not offer legal representation, does not determine the validity of contracts, and does not issue official legal opinions. In accordance with GDPR and relevant data protection laws, the service does not use, store, or process confidential or personal legal data for the purpose of legal activity. ## Data Security and Storage Contra Technologies Ltd. is committed to protecting user data. All personal and contract-related information is stored in encrypted form on secure servers operated by Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL in Frankfurt, Germany. The service does not share personal data with third parties unless required by law. All AI-driven analytical processes are fully automated and carried out without human intervention. ## Limitation of Liability The Service Provider shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the service. It does not guarantee that the AI-based analyses are always accurate or complete and reserves the right to modify or suspend any part of the service at any time. Users are required to consult their own legal advisors before making any business or legal decisions based on information generated by the service. ## Modifications and Validity These Terms and Conditions apply exclusively within the EEA. Different terms apply to users outside the EEA, who may request them via admin@contraai.hu. Contra Technologies Ltd. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on the website, and if changes are significant, registered users will be notified. ## Summary The service is part of an Early Access program and is under development, used at your own risk. It is not publicly available and requires approval for access. It does not provide legal services or advice. All data is securely stored in Frankfurt, on AWS servers, without transmission to third parties. These Terms apply only within the European Economic Area.
